Dallas Collet was raised on a dairy farm outside a small American town. This proved to be fertile ground (pun intended) for many story ideas. He spent about eleven years at several universities collecting two degrees and parts of 4 more, trying to decide what he wanted to be when he grew up. He finally settled on working in the Technology Industry. But the flames for creative writing, which were first kindled in a creative writing class, have burned continually. He has written many short stories, and now his first novel Skunk Chronicles, to help quench that fire.
Other than writing, he still enjoys mixing it up on the basketball court multiple times a week with much younger players, hoping that experience and treachery can continue to overcome youth and ability. He also enjoys reading, playing guitar, and woodworking.
