My debut novel, "Juniper and Anise," was published through Whiskey Creek Press, December, 2014. This novel was the culmination of an inordinate amount of research done for two local history books I compiled, "The Fowlerville Chronicles" and "Through the Eyes of a Country Editor." My newest historical novel, "Tilly Loves Johnny," is a companion novel to the first in that it is set during the same era and in the same small town--all new characters with a little bit of a murder/mystery thrown in.

Prior to this, I raised a family of two lovely daughters, was featured in national magazines, with over 350 designs published in the area of handiwork, wrote motorcycle racing articles for magazines and newspapers, spent years working behind the scenes and modeling in live fashion show productions, and have owned my own commercial embroidery company for nearly twenty years.

As my husband and I move into the adventures of retirement, I hope to concentrate even more on my writing while we travel to see friends and family.
